As if having a Class 2 loco hauling an effectively idle Class 4 tank engine and 6 coaches wasn't bad enough, the railway then hooked up L&Y Class 25 number 957 to the front of WD Austerity 2.8.0 number 90733, a power class 8 locomotive, and thrashed 957s head off again, giving the WD a nice ride up. Can't deny this though, it does make a good photo.
After this, me and Matt made ourselves scarce, and blasted across the Pennine hills with Immersion on full blast. Pendulum = win. Epically.
